It can be hard to find the time to exercise, but with the right attitude and gym gear, you can train anytime, anywhere.
I am writing this blog post with very sore leg muscles, as I was recently asked by Nike to put their latest training shoe, the Nike Zoom Train Complete, through its paces. As soon as I put them on I could feel that my foot was stabilised and supported and the Nike Zoom heel quite literally put a spring in my step! I tested them inside and outside of the gym, starting easy with some simple indoor circuit training and then really pushing them when training outdoors in the rain. They performed just as well as they promised. During squatting, jumping and sprinting I felt significantly less impact on my joints due to the ultra-responsive cushioning. Throughout the training and testing, they didn’t disappoint. The Nike Zoom Train Complete is comfortable, breathable, responsive and supportive, with flywire cables and engineered mesh which helps keep your foot secure and stable during quick movements and explosive exercises. These trainers definitely have character, in aesthetics and performance, I pushed them to their limit and they pushed right back.
