LUSH HAUL – HAIR & SKINCARE

Whenever I walk into Lush I feel like a kid in a candy store! The smells, the colours, the atmosphere – it just makes you happy! And no brand beats them when it comes to handmade, Vegan/Vegetarian and cruelty free cosmetics! (this is not an ad, I swear!)

I recently picked up a few products from Lush and decided to throw together a little Lush haul!

‘Avobath’ – Bath bomb

“Avobath in the morning to help you face the day: its lemongrass and bergamot oils will pick you up while also tackling dryness with avocado and olive oil – making this an excellent choice for dry skin sufferers.”

I’m not really a ‘bath’ person, I much prefer a shower, but If I’m going to bathe, I want to do it properly! Lush can’t be beaten when it comes to bath bombs and they have an excitingly extensive and ever-changing array of bath bombs and bath bars to choose from!

‘No drought’ – Dry shampoo

“Whether you’re with friends at a festival or stuck comb alone. Easy to use, grapefruit and lime scented, oil absorbing powder. For a quick freshness boost, no wash; just go!”

I’ve tried a lot of dry shampoos and this is by far the best! I don’t like spray dry shampoo as it coats everything, but this one is just loose in the bottle, which makes application much easier. It is super effective at absorbing oil and leaving your hair looking, smelling and feeling fresh!

‘Veganese’ – Hair conditioner

“Lemon for shine, seaweed for softness and herbal infusions for your scalp. A fresh, light conditioner for all hair types (not just Vegans!)”

I have finer hair and Rossi has thicker hair and we bot love Veganese! It leaves your hair looking healthier, shinier and much more manageable! Very lightweight, yet effective!

‘Charity pot’ – Hand and body lotion

“Charity pot is not just a beautiful product; it’s also a brave and pioneering little pot that challenges the conventional ways of giving by supporting orginisations and causes overlooked by most donors.”

I keep this on my desk and use it mainly as hand lotion and with Fairtrade Shea butter, Colombian cocoa butter and vanilla it not only nourishes, but smells good enough to eat!
